Luis wasn’t really helpful at all, we were prepared to buy all our bathroom fixtures but we didn’t as Luis just kept telling us what we could not get. Instead of helping us find what we needed, also he let us know once we entranced the store that it wasn’t Home Depot wich was an unnecessary comment. We left and went to all start plumbing in downtown Napa and we fid business with them.

I went in with a warranty question. I was amazed at what followed. I was taken to see Dora so she could look up my purchase and the details of my concerns. Than had very informative discussion on the issues and some solution options. Dora was able to find the account and identify the brand and I could expect from the manufacturer. I could not be pleased with my experience and recommend General Plumbing Supply. Thank You so much.

They had the parts for my plumbing project the big box stores didn't. George I believe his name was is very knowledgeable. They are a little pricey yet having the parts that others don't compensates for that I guess

These guys are the real deal. They're not afraid to miss a buck to make a customer. Have been doing business with this outfit since I was a boy in Walnut Creek some 50 years ago. Theyre still willing to take the time to serve an amateur like me.

Where is the customer service?? Why does the counter help act like they’re annoyed by our presence?? I’ve been plumbing for 18 years and yes I still need to ask questions, deal with it guy. I just started to mention I have a Kohler flush valve and the guy immediately starts shaking his head and saying “nope, nope, we don’t carry Kohler, not here, no” And I hadn’t even asked my question yet. Get it together fellas, you’re not the only plumbing supply house, you just have convenient locations.

This is a great supply house. The entire team is always so helpful. Everything I need for the biz is always in stock and ready for me to pick up. Some of the guys have even helped me load the truck. I will always use this location.

Drove out of the way on recommendation from another plumbing supply company and they didn’t even want to look at the cartridge i had in my hand because they could tell 8 feet away that it was glacier bay. When in fact, it was American Standard, which they might’ve carried. Would never recommend or go here ever.

General Plumbing in Napa ...we worked with Ellen at General Plumbing for our complete remodel. After just one or two selections Ellen was able to walk us through completely for both bathrooms and kitchen ...all accessories. Everything was done perfect and we often laugh that it was the best experience of our life.
